WHY YOU NEED MISS CURRANT?
Miss Currant contains cGP (cyclic Glycine-Proline) a key brain nutrient and according to new research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, a long-term dietary intake of flavonoid-rich food such as blackcurrants reduces the risks of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
Put 1 sachet (5g) into a cup, add 50-100ml of hot (but not boiling) water, or simply mix it with cool water, juice or your choice of milk or yoghurt. It is also great in your smoothies or porridge.
Adults: 1-2 sachets per day or as professionally advised.
